Does its transparancy mode work like Airpods pro? Because mine mutes all sounds on the phone instead of blending it to the surrounding noises. I even thought my B&O E8 got broken but then I think it’s just designed to work in a stupid way 😅

Did they find a way to make rubber look like hard plastic because I swear that is almost entirely made of plastic? Which points to terrible durability, they only show a drop on soft sand for a reason. B&O sounds great, but durable is not a moniker I would pay them for now or in the future unless they change their design philosophy. Not everyone can afford to buy a new one yearly if they travel with it to work daily Like I have the Xtreme series for years.

From my understanding, for this product to be wireless, you also need to buy the B&O Transmitter 1 and the Beocore, otherwise they are unable to function as wireless speakers. However, I might be wrong because I've asked many dealers and suppliers, and I always seem to get a different answer to this question, but based on what I've heard, this I'm fairly sure what is needed for this product to function as a wireless speaker.

I recently had the opportunity to enjoy playing my music on an B&O A9. I was very impressed, B&O have created a truly outstanding listening experience.

All the speaker drivers combined would set you back maybe $300

For people wondering how to pair, I'm sitting with a pair of 1 gen I believe (dark grey, faux leather finish and rounded case, braided grey and cream loop). You actually have to double triple tap it before holding, it should actually be flashing a deep blue, if it's flashing white you didn't tap it enough. Then once paired no sound will come through, you have to put it back in the case to turn off and take them out so they pair automatically and finally they will work. That's how I did it anyway...

I like the old Beosystem from the 90s much more than the new wireless speakers with streaming function. Something like the Beosystem 3000 with the sliding glass doors. That was very cool. Today there are no longer any CD drives in the products. High-quality materials such as wood are nice, but they don't differ enough from the competition. I was a little interested in Beosound shape, Emerge or Level, as they are just streaming boxes without drives. 50,000 for such a system? never! Small quantities (200) are a common marketing gimmick, but they don't always work. 10,000 to 15,000 with speakers and a limited edition up to 1,000 or 2,000, that's fine, but 50,000? I've been following B&O for about a year in the hope that there would be such great hi-fi systems again. So far I'm disappointed.

Is it possible to mount the unit over the tv and have access to buttons from the bottom? Will the channels be inverted in this type of mount and is it possible to reinvert them?
