3 жыл бұрынBangus with Talbos ng Kamote is a dish popular in the Philippines. It is easy to cook and the main ingredients are milkfish, and sweet potato leaves. This dish is good for cold weather and best if you are not feeling well and for lactating moms to help them produce more milk.

Ingredients:
-water (4 cups, you can add more if you like)
-onion (cut into wedges)
-tomato (1-3 pcs, cut into wedges
-salt
-long chili (1 pc, cut into two / you can add more if you like)
-seasoning
-ground black pepper (optional)
-fish sauce (3 tbsp)
-milkfish / bangus (1 pc, big, cut into 6 pcs)
-sweet potato leaves

Sarap ng sabaw niyan sissy. Gusto ko yong sobrang asim at sobrang anghang yong tipong pawis na pawis kaba ba at mapapaiyak sa anghang the best recipe talaga yan. Favorite ko rin ang talbos ng kamote
