Totally true. In Zelda games, once you figure out the pattern, and the boss's weak point, they're pretty easy to beat. But I know exactly what I need to do to defeat Gruntilda, and it's still so fucking hard

It's hard at first, but once you've beaten it several times, you could practically do it in your sleep.

Well did everything 41 Mumbo Tokens remaining and all on all 3 saves, I guess that's the end of that ever after. Thanks a million. 😊

it's funny - that "one last spell" was supposed to hit Banjo but that was scrapped... it would've involved Tooty then becoming playable and amassing enough Mumbo Tokens to give Mumbo the power to break the spell...

Well, that looked easy enough :) I could have sworn that you were able to see the three postcards of secrets at the end of this game (assuming you had all 100 jiggies). But they're not shown here - Goggles merely holds them and talks about them but we don't see them.

2 weeks after saying 'fuck this I quit', I watched a few videos of different people beating Grunty and decided to give it another go. I beat her on my first attempt tonight and was only hit 4 or 5 times the entire fight. The best piece of advice I can give to anyone is this - just run in small circles to avoid her fireballs. 99% of the time there is no way she will hit you because, for whatever reason, running in small circles totally fucks with Grunty's A.I.

I could've sworn I remembered there being an after game mode or something, like after u beat the game there are new secrets to find on certain levels or something

Yes there's Easter egg hunt one in click clock woods winter at the very top of the level only one I know of there are more but it's the Ice Key you want to avoid it glitches the save file

Yeah. Even if you start a new file, the locations will still be open, but they'll be otherwise empty, provided you picked up everything in them.

@@Nathan35077 No, he isn't. This is the XBLA HD version. You can't turn the camera while doing Talon Trot on the N64. You can only center it behind you. Turning the camera wasn't smooth at all like it is here.
