This is part 8 of a 100% walkthrough of Banjo Kazooie (XBLA version). This part includes Rucket Busty Bay. This is one of my all-time favorite games and I just recently decided to purchase the Xbox Live Arcade version of it. This walkthrough is going to be a relatively quick 11 part series.
This channel features instructional & highly edited video game guides, walkthroughs, speedruns and other uniquely transformative videos. My own personal gameplay, extensive editing & creative input are clearly added into each video, ensuring that all videos adhere to KZfaq's partner program guidelines. My walkthoughs take tremendous amounts of work & editing so that all videos are straight to the point & can be used as professional video game guides. All gameplay is my own & is recorded and edited solely by me. Permission to upload each game was provided by the game publisher.

I love these walkthroughs! It helps me so much with worlds that I have never been in (Rusty Bucket Bay and Click Clock Woods). It also helps me with worlds that I have been in because it gives me tips and tricks to get through them better and quicker. So, thank you for these because I always watch them before playing just to get an idea!!!!!

@@WZow I get through those worlds by collecting all the notes honey pieces the Jinjos and the puzzle pieces and I make it out of there quickly.

packattack04082: I can't tell you the nightmares I had just trying to clear everything in Rusty Bucket Bay. I died at least 4 times trying to get the jiggy that was hidden behind the propellers at the back of the ship, but you made it look easy. The other things I hate about this level are the oily water, as it drains you of air even if your in it, I also hate the fact that the piggies and all the notes are scattered all over the place that it is very easy to miss something if you don't look hard enough, or if you don't listen closely enough for the jinjos. Very impressive run dude, well done!

Yeah they are very difficult to get, but getting the engine room ones first is the trick so you don't fall and have to recollect the notes in the N64 version.

I really don't like swimming in the oily water and whether Banjo and Kazooie are above the water in this level they can lose their air gauge and swimming under the oily water could double it gauge usage.

‘Turning off the propellers’ was my favorite part as a kid, cuz I used to enjoy watching things spin. 🚂⚙️ But do not add a ‘Spiral’, that’s for hypnotists.

I never figured out how to raise the water level to access rusty bucket bay as a kid, and seeing this, I probably wouldnt have beaten the game anyway 😂

Oh how I hate this level. Playing it right now and I keep on dying all the time. I was so close to grabbing the puzzle piece in the jets but when I was there, it started running and I died. Not to mention how many times I’ve slipped on the moving platforms.

There is a code on the side of the ship (that stays the same everytime you start a new game), near the Crew's quarter's covered by a Flotsam that tells you at 13:24

at first, i wasn't one of the people who were fustrated by the engine room timed challenge, but it was probably because i ran away when i saw the long, narrow rods that can rotate and drop you into the oil below, as well as the drums that can do the same when they spin. now i don't really like that area of this world. i did eventually get the jiggy behind the boat's propellers, and a funny glitch happened when i got it; the propellers came back on after i collected the jiggy, so i had no choice but to get chopped into pieced by them, causing the jiggy collected music to cancel. then, since that was the last jiggy of rusty bucket bay, the all jiggies collected tune played for a second before i respawned at the world entrance

The water in Clanker's cavern was pretty nasty looking, but the water in this world is just toxic. Though not quite as bad as Grunty Industries, which was full of toxic waste.

@Benjamin Carlson Kazooie is a she, the Gold Puzzle Pieces are Jiggies and the reason she eats them is so that she can store them (for child friendly and funny reasons) and release them into the pics that lead to new worlds.

Lol yeah there are easier ways of making that jump though like I along myself on the left edge of that tower from the crane and try to flutter jump on the tower from there

@@intissar7955 The Rat-a-tat-rap yeah, but the timing is difficult to judge because if you do it too late Banjo will go into his falling animation where you will lose health depending on how high you fall from and if you do it too early you might not make it and he will go into the same falling animation.

It's like every time you enter a door in this playthrough, Gruntilda talks but we never get to read the whole thing. Packattack04082 must have the worst timing, especially since that doesn't happen to me that much.

omg that puzzle piece behind the propeller under the oily water...I had to make sure to attempt this after getting all 100 notes. Rare decided to be a dick and make most of the crucial collectibles hard to get, with the propellers, and in that hard to see hole, in the corner where the shark is...
