Nice video breakdown. I wouldn't say he lied in 2020 when he said interest rates will be low for a while. Probably didn't have all the data then.

I am stressing, I really hope they keep their word and pause the rate. I purchased a pre contruction in 2019 to be completed next year( pandemic delayed everything). I am still paying for a mortage( variable) , I dont know if ill be able to close on that condo. seriously thinking of selling as a assignment! Thanks for this video very informative.
