@@mukul8109 fir bhi baki banking exams se toh kam hi hai 1.5 lakh appeared the last time. Baki normal banking exams me 5 lakh se kam nhi hote hai. SBI PO jeso mein toh 12 lakh tak jaata hai.

@@manaspratimdas707 darling yu get me wrong there in normal banking competition is high i admit but competition is between normal students like i and you. Less that 5% students in normal banking belong to iits and iim but in case of RBI grade B the scenario is different because i attempted that firstly 2- iits and iim students there setting the bar very high aur baaki exam dele na jab baat karna nikal jaye to ❤️ i m working as SBI PO 22 batch and currently i m posted at a rural branch its a matter of fact that i m very happy with my hectic job 🤌❤️

Sir i am totally agree with you I am owner of packers and movers company in chandigarh i provide services in chandigarh mohali jammu shimla delhi and all the rbi employee from these places are transferred by me i.e most of my clients are RBI officers, they have such a great lifestyle, high living standard etc. For example sec 30A and sector 44 chandigarh are the residents of rbi employes, I shift their household goods and transfer it in good cities rather than rural areas like jammu, mumbai ,banglore etc They also have many perks as compared to other govt employee(i've worked with all type of govt employee like defence personals,other bank staff, govt proffesors etc) so i have a good experience about their lifestyle and yes RBI grade B is good job.

@@AnkitKhicher2511 1.17 is the gross salary of rbi…so inhnd wll b about 90 k…adding up the monetary allowances(37k)…it becomes 1.27 lakhs/month..lets consider it as 1.3lkh per month..rest all not monetray benefits..lyk leased accomodation..u dnt get it inhand… So now compare… Aso in mea earns more than rbi grade B..that too tax free.. Even a Aso Mea posted in bangladesh earns(2.5k dollar/month+ basic pay)= about 2.5lkh inhnd/month;;because their whole earning is tax free..2.5k dollar is minimum..they can 4.5k dollar/month..depending on the country.. moreovr thz allowance increases as ur scales go high…lyk ASO-SO-undersecretary-deputy secretary Even they get good accomodation at free of cost(Embassies are located at the costliest area of the country)..Best medical and best schooling facility in that country..that too free. Foreign service gives the highest possible earning in govt sector….

I mean come on. The exam for rbi is as tough as upsc. Nabard and sebi are relatively easier and so, saying you start as Asst. manager is a minus, i dont agree. With time rbi grb is becoming even tougher to crack. This is like saying IT job of 1cr package is better than 20 lakh package. And yes, you can crack nabard, Sebi grA, and read for rbi, as others keep trying for years to crack rbi alone. Meanwhile you get promoted to grB in nabard, if you couldnt get into RBI and yet get same package and allowances.

How convenient to mention only the drawbacks of civil services and positives of RBI grade B. How is this a fair comparison? People who hate routine and monotony in life stay away RBI grade B job and keep working on your UPSC dream!! There exists no comparison. The governor of RBI is an IAS officer, NO CHALLENGE NO GLORY! Lol. After initial 7-8 years, IAS also becomes a typical 9-5 desk job. And IAS is not the only service through UPSC. RBI is definitely better than rest of the services except IAS/IFS/IPS.

I have just left preparation of RBI Grade B recently, because as a guy from Kolkata, if selected, have to spend most of the lifetime in Mumbai or other states. It's good whatever suits you, the creator of the video has an EMPLOYEE MINDSET and so has the audience. Dnt compare anythng wid top 4 cadre s of upsc... Have u qualified upsc?? First qualifty and then say... U r talkng so mch abt Rbi ..bt fact is an RBI grade b can nevr b the governor..who is the current governor now???? Sir, aapne ek baat galat bola ki IT sector accha nahi hai, IT sector mein log sabhi govt. Job se jyada kamaate hain aur khush bhi rehte hain, isliye don't defame IT Sector jobs. And UPSC CSE is far better than RBI Grade B but UPSC CSE is only good for those who likes to live in rural areas and serve to the peoples of rural areas as well as urban areas and the respect that UPSC CSE commands is unmatched.

@@ashishpandey2225 1.17 is the gross salary of rbi…so inhnd wll b about 90 k…adding up the monetary allowances(37k)…it becomes 1.27 lakhs/month..lets consider it as 1.3lkh per month..rest all not monetray benefits..lyk leased accomodation..u dnt get it inhand… So now compare… Aso in mea earns more than rbi grade B..that too tax free.. Even a Aso Mea posted in bangladesh earns(2.5k dollar/month+ basic pay)= about 2.5lkh inhnd/month;;because their whole earning is tax free..2.5k dollar is minimum..they can 5k dollar/month..depending on the country.. moreovr thz allowance increases as ur scales go high…lyk ASO-SO-undersecretary-deputy secretary Even they get good accomodation at free of cost(Embassies are located at the costliest area of the country)..Best medical and best schooling facility in that country..that too free. Foreign service gives the highest possible earning in govt sector….
