You've taught me alot, You've given me knowledge, understanding and wisdom...but along the way, i felt like i stumble. And there's war within me that i cannot understand.... And now I know, Lord..You've made me understand, after a month of feeling down and confused!... Now, You've given me the answers through this preaching....it is all about BAPTISM BY FIRE...and i am praying Lord that you will continue to strengthen me during this refining days.... Thank you Pastor Gary for so clearly explaining all 3 baptisms. I have been studying the nature and role of the Holy Spirit in our lives and have been grappling to understand the differences of ""with, in and upon" . You explained it so well. Thank you.

Been a Baptist Christian my whole life since I was 6yrs old....I've been unsure of those 6 Spiritual gifts that have been written off by the Conservative Baptists for MANY years.... For about 3 years I was married to Assembly of God man we were very young and while I did not completely accept his teachings I still was his wife and we were Pastor over a church in a suburb before worth...in the early 70's....but has he taught rather than preached such a speak as you do I begin to at least open my mind to give some spirit meaning those last six I was always taught Faith wisdom and knowledge you know we're still available but nonetheless whatever the result was my husband committed adultery and walked away and my point is is I never let go of any of that information that was taught cuz I do read the Bible for myself I don't have to have somebody telling me everything you know I let the spirit work through me and I used to didn't realize I could do that when I was very young but anyway I love the way you put all this and taught all this even though I think it's probably been 2 years ago if I saw the date right right before during the pandemic and I really like what you taught here today this is my second full sermon listening to you was recommended by a friend of mine I am a Christian and I go to church all the time and my brother is my pastor in a suburb of Fort Worth but I always agree with everything he says so I just want you to know I really enjoyed this sermon thank you for putting it up on KZfaq it's a blessing for good Christian pastors to put their lessons and especially the teaching ones those are the ones that I like up on KZfaq so that you can be shared around the world but so that I can be blessed and I really appreciate that and I know that it takes a lot of work to prepare a sermon... I come from hundreds of years of baptist ministers in my family so and then it you know in and around it my whole life and I thank God for that but that doesn't mean I can't learn from a whole lot of other people so I'm able to discern I really enjoyed the lessons today so thank you for sharing

I’ve experienced fire baptism. The ways that I’ve changed are unbelievable. I’m a completely different person than who I was 6 years ago.

I was baptized as a baby and I got baptized when I turned 18, I gave my life to Christ as a youth, he's been my Lord and Savior ever since, through my ups and downs, he's never left me nor forsaken me, even once! THANK YOU JESUS 😢❤🙏

Thank you Pastor G! When I go through difficult temptations, I ask for his spirit to be poured on me and cleanse me like a consuming fire, I never knew what I was asking for, your sermon opened my eyes for the powerful truth. Reminds me of David when he prays to be purged with hyssop.

So sad seeing church so empty. Lets never let that happen again.

So Peter when he said Repent and be baptized in Jesus Name for the remission of your sins means nothing😢 water baptism does nothing.

My personal Translation. 1 Now when JESUS was born in Bethlehem of Judæa in the days of King Herod the great, behold! Wizards from the Orient arrived in Jerusalem, 2 saying: Where is the King of the Jews who has been born? For we observed his Star in the East, and are come to kneel down before him. 3 And in hearing these things, Herod the King was shocked, and the whole of Jerusalem with him. 4 And congregating all Archpriests & Scribes of the public, he demanded from them where CHRIST should be born. 5 And so they said unto him: In Bethlehem of Judæa; for thus it is written in the Prophecy: 6 Even thou O Bethlehem, in the Kingdom of Judah, art in no wise the weakest amongst the Clans of Judah; for out of thee shall come forth the Monarch, who shall govern Israel, my people. 7 Then Herod, had the Wizards summoned in secrecy, and he ascertained from them the date of the Star's phenomenon. 8 And sending them into Bethlehem, he said: Go thither & investigate the exact whereabouts of the infant; and when ye have found him, send me an errand, so that I may come & pay homage to him as well. 9 And so, having listened to the King, they journeyed onwards; and lo! And uncovering their hidden treasures, they bestowed unto him gifts; pure gold, bitterest myrrh, and white incense. 12 And whilst sleeping, the Wizards received a dream warning them that they should not reply to Herod; so they left, returning to their homeland along a different route. 13 And after their departure, behold! An Angel of our Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying: Awakening, take the infant, and his mother, and runaway into Ægypt, and live there until I bring thee word! For the future holds that Herod will seek the infant to assassinate him. 14 Then rising up in the night, he took the infant & his mother, and fled for Ægypt; 15 and they remained there unto the time of Herod's death; this event fulfilled what was spoken through the Prophet from the LORD, saying: I have called my Son out of Ægypt. 16 Then Herod, perceiving that the Wizards had misled him, went manically irate, and he commanded to have every infant boy living in Bethlehem, and in all the neighboring settlements, massacred, from two years of age & under; according to the date, which he had forsought from the Wizards. 17 These things fulfilled what was spoken through the Prophet Jeremiah, saying: 18 In the highlands a voice is heard crying out lamentations, and great mourning; Rachel bewails her sons, and is unwilling to be soothed, for they are nought. 19 Nevertheless as Herod died, behold! An Angel of our Lord appeareth in Ægypt to Joseph whiles he dreamt, 20 saying: Waking up, take the boy, and his mother, and travel into the country of Israel! In Matthew 3:11-12 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance but he that cometh after me is mightier than I whose shoes I am not worthy to bear he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: In the next verse John explain what the with fire is 12 Whose fan is in his hand and he will throughly purge his floor and gather his wheat into the garner but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire..In this verse John is talking about two different groups of people believers and unbelievers the wheat is believers and the chaff is unbelievers the unbelievers they will be baptized with fire In hell..In Acts 1 Jesus said to his apostles before he was taken up to heaven For John truly baptized with water but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence where is the fire here Jesus doesn't mention anything about being baptized with fire here Jesus doesn't mention it because his apostles was believers not unbelievers... You are wrong when you said we need all 3 baptism water baptism is not a requirement for salvation and in the bible it said One Lord one faith and one baptism and that baptism is being baptized with the Holy Spirit.. The mention when a person believe the gospel in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 in their heart they are baptized with the Holy Spirit...In Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted after that ye heard the word of truth the gospel of your salvation in whom also after that ye believed ye were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise... And you are not rightly dividing the word of truth..2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God a workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth.. The book of Matthew who is the writer Matthew and who is Matthew written to the Jews not the Gentiles... Jesus earthly ministry was to the Jews not the Gentiles..In Matthew 10:5-7 These twelve Jesus sent forth and commanded them saying Go not into the way of the Gentiles and into any city of Samaritans enter ye not 6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel 7 And as ye go preach saying The kingdom of heaven is at hand..in Matthew 15:24 But he answered and said I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel..In Matthew 3:2 John said Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand in Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach and to say Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand that is a physical kingdom for the Jews not the Gentiles... You can't apply something that is written to the Jews and apply to the church today because when you do that you are wrongly dividing the word of truth and when you wrongly dividing the word of truth you come up with errors and false doctrine..
