I still miss everything Bourdain deeply. There will be no one as charismatic, shrewd, open-minded, progressive, discriminate and all-seeing, proud yet humble. witty and wise as him. It pains me to hear his voice to this day. No one else could close to him.

I read an explanation from one of his ex-partner; behind all that glamour is loneliness and weariness - just to name a few. That "everything going for him" is only the surface we could see.
