Barbara had been suffering from double vision, known as strabismus for sometime. She had to tilt her head to the side in order to see and was unable to do everyday tasks like sewing, cooking, playing golf, or driving. She was even having trouble seeing her granddaughters' faces. While at Mass. Eye and Ear for an appointment for her husband, she was referred to Dr. Joseph Rizzo and Dr. Dean Cestari who was able to determine that Barbara was suffering from and perform surgery to correct her vision.
