I really felt Dani when she said that she was envy of her husband because he has a life.I experienced it myself. Although we dont have kids yet but I work as a nurse and i work 12-13 hrs everyday mostly 1 day off but i am always tired have no time to make friends and start a hobby. I really would like to start this journey of self love.

i cried so hard habang pinapanuod ko to. wala na pala kong self love matagal na.. di ko na alam pano sisimulan ulit. yung totoong masaya ako sa ginagawa ko, wala na yung dating ako..

Dumating din ako aa point na nasabi ko "okay nako, tama natong itsura ko total may asawa na ako hindi na ako dalaga pa para mag effort mag ayos" it was last year when I realized na mali yung ganong mentality. I gain 20kls, my hair was a mess, my style was boring, I also have breakouts.
