Si julia sya ung laging napagkakamalan masama ugali o maldita, sa totoo lang. Maybe because of how she speaks or shes sosyal. BUT what ppl really dont know is that she is genuine, kind, smart, and eloquent. Wala syang pake sa sinsbi ng iba or issues abt her basta she knows whats the truth and she knows herself 💖 It’s sad with all the hate she gets pero she is really one of a kind.

if you don't have the experience of having issues with your father, you don't have the right to tell her what to feel. you just don't have the right to invalidate feelings.

Watching this, I realized wala naman syang sinabing anything na masama about her father. It's just that, she's hurt. And true enough, she just needs some space and time to heal. It's just disappointing na ganun ang inaasal ng papa nya towards them.. You got this Julia! You're such an authentic person. Beauty and brains. ❤️

this conversation makes you realize talaga na there’s more than meet the eyes. Marjorie is a great mom, no doubt about it. yung admiration ng mga anak niya sa kanya speaks a lot. ibig sabihin, her children feels heard and loved kaya ganun na lang pagtatanggol/paghanga nila sa nanay nila. Dennis, on the other side, needs to learn how to be silent for his children’s sake. sabi nga ni Julia, it takes a lot to be silent.

My niece and Julia went to the same elementary school before, since she was a kid she's really very pretty and shy. Gandang natural hindi need ng retoke para umayos ang katawan at mukha. One of the very few actress na totoong maganda, may substance, not insecure, doesn't need validation from other people, may tapang at sariling isip. She was always judged and criticize for being a Barretto. I hope people will see the real her and not judge her because of the issues within her family. I just hope she really finds a true man that will love her unconditionally. She deserve all the blessings and happiness.

Growing up, my brothers and I have also been in the same cycle. Forgive, then hurt again. Forgive, then hurt again. Nakakapagod. Especially now na 2 of us were adults na and have a younger sibling to watch, sobra. That's why I understood when Julia said she just wanted to stop dealing from that cycle muna. Tama din naman kasi siya. Why always "magulang mo yan", "tatay mo pa din yan,"? Bakit walang boundaries on how a child can also be hurt? Bakit walang boundaries hanggang saan lang kaya magpatawad? Required ba to set aside your fear and anger just to forgive and forget? We are not in Julia's shoes to judge her for what she went through. What we've seen on social media isn't always what happened. Just leave her alone and let her heal. Julia, you are not obliged to forgive someone just because you share the same blood. His feelings are valid, but your feelings are valid too.

I just saw a negative post about Julia and her Dad in Fb that's why I'm here to watch her interview and after I watch her interview she gain my respect,I admire her mindset. Walang akong nakitang dahilan para ibash sya dahil tama naman lahat ng sinabi niya.And we can never understand her feelings not until we experience her struggles.Ang daling sabihin "dapat patawarin kasi ama mo yan kung wala sya wala ka" yes maybe right but it's not easy! I had never been a fan of Julia before nor a basher, although I was hearing issues about her, but the moment I saw and started watching her vlogs last year, that's when I started liking her because I could feel that she's a real person, plus we can't deny that she's really smart, confident, full of elegance and she has this gentle aura. You can't really judge a person by what others say.

Julia is so brave and so strong. She never kept quiet and stood up for herself everytime she was judged unfairly. And let's be honest, not everybody could have handled what she have handled. I'm happy that now she's getting better and feeling better, she deserves it!

I don't see anything wrong with Julia being honest. Tao lang sha. Madami lang talagang pinoy na ang gusto perfect ang artista. We do not have any idea of the extent of pain and trauma their family went through. She has all the right to say that she is still hurting kung ano man pinagdaanan nila sa tatay nila. Am i the only one who never doubted Julia's bravery on taking a very challenging role such as in Expensive Candy? I'm not even surprised, i've always seen her to be a strong willed person, and one thing that really made me have this impression of her is that Julia used to be a volleyball varsity player, im an athlete myself and the training and just the whole experience of being in that competitive scene really makes someone very disciplined and strong willed, kaya impressed tlga ako sa kanya, sobrang magaling na actress, soft spoken and very class. I feel bad how people judge and condemn you without even watching this interview. I cant help but to comment on social media to please watch it first before saying anything against you. I like your personality that I hope more people would have. Strong, smart and classy. You are so independent. I just realized that many words might thrown against you but nothing could hurt you as long as you know how to filter things out. as long as you have GOD above you. As a child who came from a broken family. I understand where Julia is coming from. Yes as an offspring of your parents, respect should always be given to them. But that doesn't mean that as a parent you have a ticket pass on hurting your child and makes people believe that you are right and your child is wrong. We Filipinos always side sa magulang when situations occur. They don't consider kung ano ugali Ng magulang. NASA Filipino culture na natin na no matter what, no matter what a parent had done to you "Parents will always be right".

She did her best to talk in way that she may not offend anyone. She chooses the best words and articulate it with kindness. However, she will not compromise on what she feels than to lie about her pain. I don't know her father's pain, I also do respect that, but I find nothing disrespectful in this interview.

I can sense that she's really a good person. Just a victim of false accusations, bad mouthing, negative write-ups, and all. But I will always say that she's a gem. I will always be a fan of Julia.

Your kids will always treat you like how you treat them. Growing up, my dad was always indifferent towards us, never really exerting the time and effort to develop a relationship. We still talk but our relationship is diff from how my mom and I are. My dad is not a bad person, but it’s hard to force a relationship when as a kid, it wasn’t there.
