OMG…Karen..the old dresser turned out simply beautiful. Good on you. Excellent job ! And yes …that was a big score for the Harley bag which looked new. Barbara PS…I wish Rob would date the vlogs…at least the month/year.

This episode was filmed May 10, 2024. I experimented with including the 'filmed on' date in previous vlogs, but some people just got confused and thought it wasn't a new video so that's why they're all numbered. What great finds! It was so neat that Karen was able to find a replacement bag; who’d have guessed one would turn up? Amazing! Super lamp too - and the dresser turned out so well - great job, Karen! My parents had the sort of end tables you were looking at - bought new when they bought their new house in 1965. Another terrific vlog - thanks guys!❤

Karen, my hair is stuck straight too, I always put a small ponytail and put the hair clip above it \ on it. It holds the clip in place.

I totally get the whole spelling of the name...I get it with my 1st name.. Gidget? Then I didn't get a middle name cuz my dad didn't want me going my whole life spelling out 2 names.... really I still do it with 1...lol oh well it's not very common

Im hearing you on the road names. I live on Kulde road, pronounced kull dee. The amount that call it kaluud, kloud or kauld. So out comes the spelling. Those"cards" would amuse you for hours, Rob😂. The dresser turned out gorgeous.

Before we bought this house together, our respective places were on "Straub" pronounced "strawb" and "Le Jeune" with everyone wants to pronounce "June" but it's actually.... you know French counting... Un, Deux, Trois etc... It's the 'eu' sound in Deux... "Jjjjjeeuuune". Ya and spell it to everyone you meet 5 times... "a space between the E and the J..." Now we LOVE living on a street with a regular everyday name that NOBODY asks us to spell. 😊

It's just bath salts and usually essential oils put together into a ball that you drop in the bath.

Hi Rob what type of camera do you use for your videos?

Heya Jackie!!! Now I am using a GoPro8 cameras, and I use a media mod (attachment) which gives the camera a proper 3.5mm microphone jack, and a usb power plugin so I can power the camera with a large battery pack instead of the tiny little batteries most people use. With the power pack I can run the camera 10+ hours without needing to change batteries.
