Since having a surgery, I am not nearly as hungry as I used to be. Base on 100% maybe 25-30% Only time I am ravenous is when I come home from working at the barn it’s a lot of walking 3-6 miles and Florida heat. The only habit I have yet to transform is eating slower, I haven’t quite mastered that. When I eat slower I feel full faster.
