Bark River Bravo Tope Recon Test and Review

The Recon was a collaboration between Mike Stewart of Bark River Knives and Dan Tope of Tope Knives. Mike designed the handle and Dan designed the blade. The blade is made from CPM-3V @60HRC.

I love my Bark Rivers. I have been wanting one of these for awhile, but money has been tight lately..a few unexpected expenses put a damper on my knife collecting.

Been wanting that for a while. Great video. The Crusader is amazing but a little too heavy. I love my Fox knives fx-133 and this seems similar but American made. Thanks for the video.

Give Mineral Oil a try as well. It's non corrosive, and if you happen to cut food with that sweet blade and a lil oil gets on whatever you're cutting it won't harm you plus it's cheap.

Bluegrass Survival good advice! I use mineral oil on all my blades that will cut food! I even use food grade mineral oil in my chainsaw for breaking down moose in the fall!
