Thank you for showing a drawing of the layout before the tour. It gives a better visual of what we're looking at. Maybe pan around each room as you're walking out of it. Great explanation of the build.

What are the rough figures on the built out cost? What is a ballpark figure of the end product. There's alot of cool stuff in the design, but you never give the price of your base build. People want to get at least an idea of what they're looking at, dollar wise.

Way too much talking!!! You should also give a ballpark price. You need to do a leisurely walk through on film, stating up front that you will answer questions and give details AT THE END for those who are interested.

Hi, I have a few questions. First can you pan around the rooms and not cut out? Can a wall be put up between the living room and Kitchen? Can the master bath and closet be taken out and another bedroom be added? Do we have to have an island? Last can the main bathroom be redone so it only opens to the kitchen or laundry room like remove that closet and the pantry in the laundry room to make the bathroom a bit bigger? I love the coffee spot and cabinets. This is a beautiful home and would love to have that back porch but how do you get to it from inside? Thank you in advance for any answers. I just want old normal borning country looking home nothing fancy like this. ❤❤❤❤

I would hide that electrical panel with a cabinet door mounted over it. You could even paint the center of the door with chalkboard paint or make it a metallic noteboard.

I'm a little confused. The upper part of the floorplan for this two bedroom home says 1290 sq. ft. but at the very bottom of the video , beneath the worde "Ranger," it says 1125 sq. ft. I am assuming the 1290 sq ft version is just a shrunk down version to 1125 sq ft ?

Can you tell me approximately what the house in this video cost just the way it is finished out? I would love to have an estimate on a 1200 to 1300 square foot home completely finished just like this one is finished out, I would love to know approximately what it would be. We’ve sold our 2500 sf home and want to downsize to about half that much because it’s just me and my wife now and we just don’t need that much room anymore. Would love to here what this house cost the homeowner, we live in rural Missouri so we may be lower cost than Texas.

Why is the plumbing strung all over the place? A bedroom with bath at each end? Why? We were always taught to minimize plumbing by concentrating it ,grouping plumbing needs. You have the private part of the house. Bedrooms and the public part Dining and living area. The kitchen and bath access are in between.

Not being rude but I was wishing so badly to see a tour but the whole vídeo became boring because you guys talked too much and the tour didn’t happen.

If your videographer could move around and show the rooms more and maybe not focus on you as much, we would get a better idea of what the product looks like.

I think it would have shown better empty! My goodness that furniture and curtains in the kitchen it took away from the home. Maybe should have hired a designer to help them with decor, goodness that furniture looks so cheap!

Note: the entire time you're talking about the each room, the camera is on you, not the room. As you speak, the camera should be showing the room. The idea is to show the home. The majority of the time is showing you speaking. Please show the property while your speaking. You're wasting so much time. Thank you.

More actual shots of the interior would be nice instead of standing in the bathrooms for many minutes. Let the filming do the talking, well at least most of the talking. Never did see all the walls.
