So helpful thank you! I managed to take off the majority but had trouble taking off the main piece 🤦🏻‍♀️ apparently all I had to do was pull/slide it out hahaha

If you mean the central strap (that goes between your child's legs), it can be unscrewed underneath the seat :)

If you're talking about the small elastic straps, it's possible they're not connected or have ripped off :)

Are the fabrics washable in the machine? Or they should be washed professionally?

I've washed them in the machine many times on a colder setting without problems. Just zip off the sun flap first and don't use a dryer. Handwash them instead if they're very worn though. :)
