Barred Owl Mating Sounds

6 жыл бұрынI like to record owl sounds in the very early morning and evening hours. After sitting on a cold, damp log for about 40 minutes on a dark, misty evening, I captured the most fantastic sounds. I'm pretty sure this is Beatrice Owl, a lovely barred owl I know, getting it on with her fella.

I hear these sounds all the time and I SWORE it was an owl and a crow. Yelling at each other.

Omg I found it! I live in Northern California, inland off the coat and 1 night only I heard this along the tree line of our orchard. It was amazing! I'd never heard anything like it before and I've lived around here some 30+ years. I had no idea what it was, but was fascinated & recorded it. So cool, owls! 😁
