The magazine are 10 rounds in each magazine. I have my in 260 Remington with a Proof Research Carbon Fiber barrel and the .338LM barrel with a Nightforce ATACR 7-35x-56mm and I still waiting for the 300NM barrel conversion kit to be available.

Good luck... long ass lead times for pretty much anything barrett lol

@@chef.papa.6tango523 lol yes. It took 2 months to get the 260 Remington barrel and I have been waiting for the 300NM since December last year lol 😂

I remember seeing a miniature version on Goatguns of this weapon system. Looks nice, though I don't like plastic/polymer handgrips and more metal/titanium grips, but that is my personal quip. Can that weapon system use a longer mag that carries, can it also feed single rounds like the older style bolt action rifles? Enjoy your rifle :)
@fordvg9 ай бұрын
Yes, about single feed if you want to but I don’t know why you would. I have the same rifle for over two years now.

Which one do you like better the MRAD or the DTI?
@chef.papa.6tango5234 ай бұрын
Itd be really dependent on what I was doing... but overall the mrad looks, feels and shoots way nicer.

New models without any bipod or scope ect is about 5000-15000 depending on model and accessories.

Did you get a older gen on purpose?
@chef.papa.6tango523 Жыл бұрын
No and yes? Or yes and no... it was a screaming deal, on the shelf and felt good in my hands... Further info found this gen, is heavier than newer gen 2 &3, more materials around the scope rail/base. New gens have had issues of cracking apart from the reciever.. Outside of that, naw. Jus a nice gun at my fingertips that I couldn't pass up . Especially with the nf scope, bipod and accessories and ammo for less than a new one cost naked

I was thinking of getting one ! Are you happy with the purchase ?

Would you buy it again ?
@chef.papa.6tango523 Жыл бұрын
110%... it is now my go-to gun. I'll buy a 308 or 300wm barrel for intermediate ranges and retire my.other bolt guns... I normally hate chassis guns ( I had an AI AX308), but this gun is immediately my favorite feeling platform. Comfortable, adjustable, and solid... only thing I'd recommend looking into is the different models and generations... ive heard but not verified the 3rd gen (most recent) has had issues with the rail sections. Haven't verified that, but was mentioned to me once by a prs shooter... im sire barrett wouldn't allow that to be happening to any of their guns, but it was mentioned

@@chef.papa.6tango523 awesome ! I’m actually going to start with the .308 and then the 300wm once I get comfortable with it . I’m doing the purchase today and just wanted to hear from someone else what they thought before I plopped down the money . Very much appreciated .
