100% used rail. Hkparts has sent me 2 used parts. My guess is some of it's from employees. They told me they only have a 5% return rate. Higly doubt that though. I still buy from them, but in the notes section, i now alway write "NEW PARTS ONLY"

The Magpul grip will always require fitting as even within HK’s semi-autos, there is no standardised dimension for the semi-auto self. So a 1980s import or a third-party importer may have a different spec from a modern production SP5; that's before we get into clones, and that this grip is also for use with 91s/G3s. Also, HK owners will not necessarily need to swap their housing if they own an older import, as these all used SEF-style trigger groups. The Navy/FBI trigger group came about in the late '80s and '90s, and before the SP5s came out, it had never really been in a civilian offering to the US market from HK; that was one of the cool selling points about it.
