Eddie looked all hurt and confused..but since he always knew there were 3 people in his relationship w Iris he should not have been surprised. It wa such an intimate move...wiping the ketchup from his mouth...i felt bad for Eddie and Linds...ok for only a moment. At least Linda threw in the towel...Linda told Iris she knew what time it was and bowed out like a champ..unlike Eddie who could not read the writing on the wall and kept trying and trying w Iris...asking her to move in and then asking her to marry him all the while knowing there were 3 people in the relationship...the third person in the relationship (Barry) being there day in and day out...how could that end n a positive way...

He kept all this part of his life from Iris in the first season (although he really wanted to tell her), to protect her. Didn't disturb so many people. But now that he did the same with Patty, you call him selfish. I don't get it.

Husna Mzenga He had to be talked into telling patty his identity by Iris. Still, he never told her even though patty begged him to honest with her. About not telling Iris his secret identity I think Barry was mad at iris for being with Eddie so this is how he punished her. Remember when he got whammied? He attacked both Eddie and Oliver because he thought iris preferred them to him even thought he had not told her how he felt about her. He liked meeting with her as the flash and flirting with her, being her only one. Barry is insanely jealous of Iris, even if the other man is a dream, a fantasy or another version of himself. Although he pretended that he was ok with Eddie or Oliver as a fantasy crush he hated it in reality. He later admitted that there is a darkness inside him that can aroused by the loss of Iris in any way. He simply can’t help himself.

Right. Savitar made it clear to Caitlin that he wasn't Barry and had zero interest in her ass, but as Savitar he gave all the fuck of Iris loving his former self. If Iris had said in that moment that I want you. Savitar would have done everything to save her. He would have activity pursued Iris, just to anger Barry. Barry would have turned emo and dark just to try to one up his evil future self for Iris' hand. At the end of the day one of them still would have tried to kill the other just in-case.

CONcEPT Tv. Yep...he couldn't handle the fact that Iris was going to be with Barry for the rest of her life. Savitar even melted when Iris caressed the thin crust pizza side of his face. He knows what it's like to kiss Iris, make love to her and be loved by her...so if he had stuck around it would have killed him to know all that he is not getting....

OMG...you nailed #WestAllen...❤️! In my opinion, Iris convinced herself she loved Eddie...she couldn't handle watching Barry "die" over and over again so she buried her romantic feels for him and got involved with Eddie. Joe knew Iris was in love with Barry just like he knew Barry was in love with Iris...that is why he didn't give Eddie his blessing to marry Iris. As far as other girls...hehe...they didn't have a chance. Linda realized that Barry wasn't in to her, so she cut her losses. Patty was annoying and needed...pouring on the waterworks and Barry being indifferent...backing away and folding his arms...haha. Felicity was in the same boat as Barry...thinking for a New York minute she could move on with Barry all the while pining for Ollie. Caitlin...poor Caitlin...it was never going to happen...heck Barry gave less than a f*ck that she was on the verge of going over to the dark side as long as she saved Iris. The bottom line is Barry was never really into those other girls...he gave it a college try but Iris trumped them all. Heck dude did everything he could on the sly to break up Iris and Eddie. First, he confesses he is in love with her to her...then he stalks her as The Flash, asking if she broke up with her boyfriend...gave her a replica (was it?) of her mothers wedding ring that she lost on a field trip to the zoo when they were in 5th grade...yea. Iris was giddy...Eddie was not happy. Barry marked his territory with that ring move. You have Barry and Iris swapping spit after Iris confessed her feelings because she thought they were going to die. In that moment they were cheating on Eddie and Linda. Oh yea....Barry's jealousy caused him to beat the crap out of Eddie when he got whammed by the rage-aholic. Can't wait for S4!

"You are not Caitlin. And I'm not Barry". It always kills me, lol. REJECTED. Patty was conceived as a walking talking male fantasy and quirky nerdy self-insert. No offense to the actress, I'm sure she did the best she could, but the character was a cardboard cutout. I couldn't take her seriously.

I absolutely didn't want her to die. It would have been too extreme and after the horror that was 2A the last thing I needed was for Barry to mourn another person. I just wanted her to leave which she thankfully did sooner than I expected. I agree she drove me nuts as well. She was childish, pushy and had this way of stuttering her lines that got on my nerves.

You will never understand what Barry and Iris was going through in that friendzone until you have that experienced in real life. The friendzone is when there is something that keep doubting to two people with thoughts of "This shouldn't be" / "He/she didn't have feelings for me like I do". And even if you both have same feelings but still can't escape from that because it will damage your friendship and other things. I really wish to have a happy ending like Barry and Iris in real life but there is one thing that can't be like that in my life. I think I am gonna love that person till the day I die.
