Exacta-feckn-mente 😮 It was a horrendous embarrassment for Rangers as a club. Regardless 💯 if Barry was a young fiery captain - no player (not trueblues/not those at boyhood clubs) really wishes that kind of aggro for the man in charge & the bad attention and press drawn to their club - not players at clubs they care about 😮 Le Guen was an ignoramus and a typical 🙄 man with too much power, ego-driven with a personality somewhat narcissistic. Although Barry may have went about it the wrong way - Le Guen 'refused' to look at the poor run of form/results/performances in any other way. There was clearly a massive problem but Le Guen was unwilling to change his ways as a manager 🤔 Already that poses problems, without this situation even occurring. Within Scottish football, a manager must be open minded and flexible with his ideas. It is a unique league as we know. Anybody who comes in, especially someone who holds a lot of power and control over people, they will fail if they don't adapt their ways of working, i.e. what brought them success in another league, like France or Belgium, won't necessarily work out in Scotland. Henceforth, it was inevitable that Le Guen would fail in some sense. Even if the explosion didn't occur with Barry; take people in general, never mind a 'sports team', when they work alongside or take directions from someone 🤔 and that someone that boss, he/she has an attitude of "their way or the highway," it's bound to cause friction, distrust and dislike. All of which (and much more) will cause an effect that is poor. This means doom for a football club. I actually despise men and women like Le Guen. I have worked under a boss who behaved and treated people with such narcissism and I know they kind of people are around in areas of employment everywhere. I also have a cousin who is the 'full package of narcissism'. She ticks every box and more. An awful human being. It's simple - "her way or the highway!!!" Liar, cheat, thief, and all round troublemaker. There no histrionic level she won't reach to attention seek, make it all about her and the sad thing is she has flying monkeys who actually believe her and help contribute to her narcissism. I studied psychology and Le Guen certainly ticked many of the narcissistic checklist. I firmly believe it was deeper than "just a player turning on his manager to get him the boot," type power struggle.
