Oh I'm sure they will be super busy now. When Dave rates a pizza in the 8's, the place is usually packed for months. He may need to hire more employees to keep with the demand.

I finally made it to Pizza Nostra. Just had the cheese pizza. It’s fantastic. Thin, minimal flop, crisp crust, sauce and cheese on point! Had a brief chat with the owner. Super nice guy. It’s definitely going to be my go-to pizza pie place!

Genuinely surprised to see Pizza Nostra here only because I didn't think he would travel to the suburbs in sauga. But so happy for my city that Dave actually hiked it out of Toronto for this. That man and his wife deserve the spotlight for being genuine people and doing what they love. Can't wait to be back home and visit them again to see how the shop is doing in a few months time. What a kind gesture here

I ate here the other day. It is very good, especially the crust. Like he said, it does lack a bit of flavour both in the sauce and in the cheese. I think he underscored it a bit when compared to North of Brooklyn. I think they are both around 8.2.

The owners of this place are awesome. The Grande family have huge hearts. When My father passed away a year ago they sent my family a huge flower arrangement for his funeral. Im just a customer but they treat me like family. thats the type of people that run this place. Well deserved pizza nostra and Grande family! By they way they arent just great people they make fantastic pizza. i always loved NJ/NY pizza and this place knows how to do it.

I honestly guessed 8 0. Thought he was contemplating 7.9 or 8.1, constructed well but don't think taste blew him away. The story made him really want to give an 8.0 though.

All of these owners and workers are incredible...and to appreciate when Dave comes to their store...makes it all worthwhile to them.
