Hey, Ayush as you said as a teenager we should eat lots of proteins and healthy things with above average physical activity I've been doing this for more than 3 months (I'm a teenager 10th grader 15 yo) I've always been a fat kid and I lost 30 kilos in the past year because of calorie deficit and exercises I've gained a lil muscle and fat in the past 3 months because of your advice even I'm growing too ,I'm feeling it my testosterone is at my peak but again I'm getting fat i don't want to be an obese shit anymore what is ur advice for me I'm at an absurd level of 500 calories more than maintanence.
