I love this and will be getting one, but I have a question bas. Did you use any sound cancelling effect whlile hitting the bag? The videos of people who bought it, when they are hitiing it, it really make a loud rattling noise. It was like that on most videos but this one. Is there a secret to have it sound as it does in the video when we hit it so it isn't making a ton of noise? It sounds "too good" in this video and I hope I get make it sound that nice when hitting it after I buy one! Thanks!

I got a question: Will I be able to train muay thai shin kicks on this? Doesn't look like it can be set up to allow you to do that, even with all the padding on the bar and the sand bags for support.

i have one of these its pretty good but the pads slide down the bar alot and it needs ta be readjusted alot also, it is durable it wont break after takin serious hits. you are given 6 bags that you have ta fill with sand that you place at the bottom and it WILL NOT fall over if ya use the sand bags because without them it falls over with a flick ha i found it was mainly better than the heavy bag because i had to aim my punches at the targets which gave me better accuracy, hope i was of help

man i've never seen this thing before, anyway i find my heavy bag work perfect for me. Because when I hit my bag hard, it feels good, and I also like to do a very hard round kick and when my shin hits the target, damn it feels great.

I hope they come with stiffer springs because the pads seem to flop around a bit. I imagine with a fast and powerful combo you'd be slowed down having to let the pads re-settle. Looks like a heap of fun though!!

Got one of these. There awesome. Only problem is all the sand you need to weight it down, you need like three full bags of builders dry sand. Apart from that its great!

2:52, epic muscle flex! the best part. i'd love to have several of these in my dojo... but one downside... i still want to heavy bag. i wish this steel frame could be fit into a heavy bag somehow and the arms coming out of it so i can still execute massive front, side, back and roundhouses as i would to the legs and body... but i love it regardless!

the only down fall about this is you may be potentially limited to execute certain angles. I'd still stick with a traditional bag, however I would get this too, I see many different applications for it that a traditional bag doesn't offer. for instance if you set the arms out a little more towards the center you can set up a slipping obstacle.
