I remember some of this build from Twitch. I love how complete you make bsse game builds feel. I actually prefer the one unit to decorate myself in these multi-unit builds, so I'm happy to see that here.

This is a semi-detached, not a duplex.

This is great for a residential rental cause you can move neighbors into the decorated side and not have to bother decorating for sims you’re not gonna play.

We have 3 garbage cans inside, one in the kitchen, one in the main bath, and one in my dad’s master bath. And then we have the big out outside for garbage trucks! :)

In my house growing up we kept the recycling can in the garage and the garbage can outside, just like this!

On the microwave thing, theres a mod for that for anyone who uses mods . I'm not sure what it's called, i forgot, but i believe it makes all game microwaves accessible over a stove

I love liveeditobjects when I am building a starter home. I can landscape the yard of the starter home without it costing as much. I struggle with starter homes anyway so any time I can find a way to make that easier, I will take it. I agree with putting microwaves above the stove and I would also love a tall cabinet that the oven could fit in since we now have the counter top stove with the separate oven. It would be nice to have a slot in the taller cabinets to place the oven(s). I love your channel and your builds.

Base game builds are so challenging, or at least for me, because I love using all the packs lol This is so beautiful 💚 I wish we could have cars, but like you said it's so late in the game, doubt it will happen! The kiddies room is so cute!
