Love the inspiration. Would love the information on the trim contractor. I’m starting my own basement project and am looking for a theater and play area very similar like this. It’s diy but I would sub out some of the finish work like this

This is basically my dream setup, a theater/bar/arcade trio, I even want part of the bar facing the theater like this. Except I want the arcade out of the way of the bar and theater

Where I live it costs $20K per square (9x9ft) to build an average spec house. A house like this would be millions, let alone decking it out with all the amazing stuff. What a cool place...so lucky.

@@charlzincharge2281 I know, it’s because the soil shifts so much. A lot of home get Foundation problems. I’m sure they are great to have, but it’s very rare if someone has a basement
