It seems that the work is not executed by civil engineer. It is not proper method of laying PCC. 40mm good graded jelly should be mixed properly with cement mortar in1:4:8 ratio then only to be placed on the base and compacted well.

Mix the PCC properly with M15 mix and then pour them directly on the floor.. This is totally wrong
