I would thought they are aware of this..they want to cut costs hence quality is compromised..for a single storey building may be okay..but anything higher than 1 storey may pose problem to the occupants in the long run..good luck to them..

Acho as suas técnicas de trabalho realmente muito interessante mas aqui no Brasil as coisas são BM diferentes ; o tijolo é diferente, e esse tipo sairia BM mais caro, e acho que esse de vcs aí é BM mais resistente... E aqui no Brasil estamos em desvantagem quando se fala em qualidade e custo . Mas sem dúvida nenhuma a forma que vcs fazem , o que usam é BM interessante. I am from Chile, one of the most seismic countries in the world. this video scares me, because it is very wrong in its construction. There are even much cheaper and anti-seismic ways to build (wood, superadobe, "quincha" system with earth, etc.)

It is ok in places flood free areas. Even 2 storyed houses can be made, in places of less than 100 inches rain fall. It is great if the occupant themselves do the work. Best wishes and good luck!

Pouring 100 - 150 mm thick concrete to the foundation with some steel bars is faster, cheaper, and stronger. It depends.

good working. technical flaws I don't know. for ground floor with asbestos roofing it will stand for min 24 years and for poor it is ok. there are many on street even without this. I send my wishes to the occupant family for a bright future.

That was also my thoughts, simple, tried and tested technology from many years. No laser level, simple string and eyesight, all looked quite level at the end. Same here in US, to many rules, regulations, core samples, inspectors…

being a certified Structural Engineer i would suggest to prefer this method only when certain criteria are met. 1) load bearing structure not more than 2 storey 2) low ground water level 3) hard bed rock available and not in clay/sandy soil. 4) not for earthquake prone zone 5) prefer light weight brick( hollow or AAC ) and roofing materials like GI/asbestos sheet especially if one wishes for 2 Storey. Rest all is fine, Go save some bucks.

Bonnes fondations pour dans le désert certe par contre chez nous la brique ça absorbe l'eau et qd il gèle en hiver a moins de 1,50 de profondeur ça petera comme du verre !
