Kind of late but here's a reminder It's normal for your legs to hurt after you stretch but when you get used to it then it'll not hurt anymore. And after you stretch don't drink cold water or too much water. Usually, it'll take 1-2 months for you to get flexible. Do it like 5 times a week and 2 times a day. It worked for me
@sketchbook_worm3 жыл бұрын
is once everyday okay?

@@sketchbook_worm I don't see why it wouldn't be, though it may take a bit longer
@urstarlili Жыл бұрын
So only stretching twice a day 5 times a week would work better than once everyday?
@lanaaddict3799 Жыл бұрын
@@urstarlili I think it’s because ur body might need a break sometimes. But in my opinion if ur doing 2 streches a day one should be easy and the other one a bit harder so you don’t overwork ur self. Also if ur trying to get flexible and have never streched before for so much take it easy,like stretch once a day for 5 days of the week. And about your question of whats better? Honestly it depends on the person some people prefer stretching once a day everyday of the week,some twice a day 5 days of the week.

i did ballet when i was a kid, and now as an adult ive been trying workouts to help my back pains and they dont usually help much, but it never occured to me to try a ballet warm up and its working incredibly!! why does no one ever suggest it when you are wondering about what workouts you could do, mostly if it has to do with flexibility and lower back pains. it may not work for everyone, as those other exercises didnt work for me, but it should be suggested more often.

My dream is to be a ballet dancer, but im a bit behind, my feet are flat and I'm 15 years old. Ive been doing stretches and feet exercises but I'm not progressing well. If there is anything I should know that could be a danger to me such as putting my weight on the wrong part of my foot or anything weird like that I hope the person reading this can stop for a few minutes to give me a heads up, I also want to order leather ballet slippers to help me get better coordination but I'm not sure where to order them online or what brand. im not good at researching and i spend hours on it, yet I still find that I'm doing the feet exercises incorrectly .up until recently I didnt know that my weight should lean more on my big toe

Do I have to do this before or after class? Thank You!
@scarlet43827 жыл бұрын
+Paula Schmid I would say that it would work well for both after and before class...... you will be way ahead of the others if you arrive to class around half an hour earlier then them just to do some stretches. And if your like me, i would make sure that you would get some muscle relieving tools ( Like back rollers, foot rollers ect. ). They really help, i sometimes use my tennis ball to massage the bottom of my feet and to help me practice demi-point and point. For the foot roller, i used one of my mothers dumbbells for her dogs ( my mother loves traning german-shepards in IPO, as far as becoming a national champion in Italy ), get a dumbbell that has rounded ends ( unlike those dumbbells with square ends ) and roll your feet to prevent any straining in muscles while doing class or performance. For a back roller, i use my yoga mat which i roll up, i just place my back over it and roll in up and down motions on the floor. I also use my resistance band to help with my middle splits by straddling, for strengthening my leg and arm muscles as well as my lower back for balance. I heard you can use rotator discs for balance as well and flexibility in hamstrings to help improve in doing movements that need great balance such as fouettes or pirouttes ( sorry if i spelt those wrong ). If im lucky i would go an hour early so im not embarrassed by my peers, lolXD! Anyways hope i helped

@magicsweets-princessofevil60143 жыл бұрын
To jest prawdziwy ból kiedy kobieta nie może nosić szpilek, współczuje ci, jeszcze baletu nie możesz uprawiać, to też jest okropne.
