Thanks a lot❤ Делала упражнения на протяжении недели и буду продолжать. Хочу поделиться своими результатами. Ноги стали подтянутыми и не дряблыми, ушло 2 см Забыла сказать рост у меня 175,5 см, вес 60, а ляжки были 53 стали 51

doing this until july. please remind me because sometimes i feel too depressed to do exercises. and yes, im fighting with my depression currently. i hope that exercising will help me day 1 - 🔥 day 2 - 🔥 made it!! easy day 3 - 🔥 completed! much easier! day 4 - 🔥 i feel happier every time i do this... thank you God for this amazing video stretch and person who made it ❤ day 5 - 😢 I'm on my period day 6 - 😢 period. going to do it tomorrow day 7 - 🔥 so easy! my stomach a little bit hurts because of period, but not that bad! feeling happier day 8 - 😢🔥 not doing it because i tried one other stretch for full body. i think it is okay???also not sure what can i put here, like done or not done- just because i made stretch, but not from this video EDITED FOR DAY 8: 🔥 nah, im gonna do it so i can put done. two stretches in one day yay! day 9 - 🔥 pretty easy!! day 10 - 🔥 not sure if i have to do it until july just because i dont feel any pain by doing it?? day 11 - going to do it today 14th June: to be honest, I stopped doing it because of stress days in school. well, I think I can restart doing it by tomorrow day 1:

Day 1 : I trained my legs for an hour and a half , so this is what I needed. after that , the pain in my legs went away a little , and I felt better. then I slept soundly Day 2 : today I trained my legs for 2 hours. then I had swimming for an hour. I also want to add that every day I walk at least 6 thousand steps !! it must be strange but I already see small changes.. Day 3 : I trained my legs again for 2 hours. but they did not hurt me as much as in the past days. but that day I walked only 1400 steps because I sat at home all day. I ate almost nothing today 😢 Day 4 : I trained my legs for an hour and 40 minutes. after that I really wanted to sleep. I also walked 7 thousand steps and I have no strength at all Day 5 : today I did not do training, but I went for 1 hour of swimming. Day 6 : I trained my legs for an hour and 40 minutes. I also walked 6 thousand steps. lately I don't have the desire to do training, but I force myself Day 7 : I trained for almost 3 hours and walked 4 thousand steps. tomorrow I need to go swimming, so I will write the results tomorrow. results: my legs lost weight by 1.2 cm!! they became much toned and soft in appearance

please don't over-exercise. i made the same mistake, and all the centimeters i've lost have come back. it's better to work out for 30-45 minutes 5 days a week and give yourself rest days when you need them instead of exhausting your body. healthy weight loss is never fast.

Начала вчера делать эту тренировку. Попробую делать ее месяц На сегодняшний день параметры 170/59 Взвешиваться буду каждые три дня 29.05 - выполнила 30.05 - выполнила - 59.4

@@Muiiwet уменьшение см и некая подтяжка. У меня по крайней мере обхват ляжки изменился с 64 до 59 за эти 12 дней (+ с этой тренировочкой старалась соблюдать норму калорий)
