Good Guide which includes most important rules (even when some of them are missing. Some words about the turn order and why it is important would have been nice as well as how the bank reserve cards work) but you made an error: House 6 would buy 40 dollars instead of 20. It's a house with a garden which doubles the standard price for every item.

The audio is really bad in this video. The first rule in video production: make sure your audio is right. You can fix that with a better microphone or even in post-production with increasing sound volume, levelling audio, and other tricks. Adobe has great products for that.

True enough. We are never going to get it right the first time or not. But keep trying. I think investing in better audio (even not that expensive kit can be under $200 for a really good lapel mic or a $50 bucks for a usb stand up microphone for recording audio afterwards (ADR) could go a very long way. Then levelling it all will be a big plus in whatever program you are editing your video in. Keep going at it: iteration is the best teacher. But yes the content was pretty good, and it helped me understand the game better. And that is the point of this video. The issues I pointed out nearly distracted me enough to ignore the content, or to quit. But I have my first game on Saturday, so I had to learn it. Anyway, I only say this as an encouragement for your next video(s) for any other games you wish to teach online. Keep going at it!
