Here is an excerpt from the course demonstrating the basic Hubud Flow Drill. Hubud is a sensitivity drill found in the Filipino Martial Arts, sharing similarities to Chi Sau (Sticky Hands) found in Wing Chun and Tai Chi. The emphasis is on tactile awareness of your opponent and developing a response of trapping, jamming, or redirection of energy. Hubud drills can be done either empty-handed or with weapons.
