Panantukan Two Punch Flow Drill using Female Triangle footwork. This is a great drill to help you develop powerful strikes through the transfer of weight from the front foot to the back foot. The addition of practicing on the Open Female Triangle provides stability for your stance and also helps in developing ambidexterity in both leads.
