Corrections: (1) I was often referring to the quill as the spindle, and (2) 1/2" T-Slot nuts are too big! I use 7/16" with 3/8"-16 thread T-Slot nuts.

2 flute End Mills are center cutters, and multiple flutes those can be center cutters or non-center cutters

2 flute end mills are better for cutting aluminum than 4 flute. Nice setup!

Your 2 flute mills are better for slotting most materials not just aluminium, now you have a mill the extra Tnuts you bought are excess, you can make your own. Also unless you do a lot of angle work take the swivel off the vice, they are not very accurate or rigid and it will reflect in your finished work.

In general what would say repeatability tolerance is like for the pm-25mv?

I just came across your post, I have the same mill, IMO your X feed is too tight. Loosen it, put a piece of paper between the gears, retighten, manually, turn the x axis and roll the paper out from between those gears. Grease the gears and all will be good. Dont keep that x feed that tight

could you do me a fovor ? could you traverse your machine all the way to the left in the x axis. I need to know when in this position what is the distance from the center of the machine to the outermost point with the power feed installed. I'm trying to find out if I have enough room for the power feed on a pm-25.

I suggest for oiling up under the table on your x axis ways, you need a proper pump type oil can. The plastic squeeze bottle style doesn't push oil when pointing upward. You weren't oiling anything in the video when demonstrating that bit, just blowing air on the ways.
