Teacher, given your extensive exposure to Chinese martial arts, I hope you can indulge me: I'd like to ask you if you would choose one Chinese martial art for China, in terms of health benefits and actual effectivity as a martial art, what would it be? For the Philippines we have arnis/kali, for Korea they have Tae Kwan Do, what would it be for China?
