The most common call we receive for the NuTone IM3303 and IMA3303 is about system that constantly show "IC" on the display.
In this Video I show how to perform the basic troubleshooting that will allow you to determine if the problem is with the IM3303 / IMA3303 Master Station is self - or - is the problem being cause by some part of the Intercom System beyond the Master Station
If you follow the troubleshooting exactly as i show, you should be able to figure out where the problem is coming from.
