In this episode you will learn easy to follow techniques how to pleat and fold sinamay straw to make a beautiful pleated fan decoration for fascinators and hats. Learn how to attach your decoration to a base.

I can share a supplier I usually purchase my materials from, they are based in the UK www.petershams.com/collections/sinamay-fabric-1 Sinamay should not fray that easily unless it's not stiffened.
