How to Construct a Cocktail Hat on a Headband

In this video I'll show you how to construct the cocktail hat base we blocked earlier. Once covered, it will be sewn to a headband and can be angled on the head as desired.

It is just a large styrofoam ball covered in aluminum foil then cling wrap. You can see a version of it in my Percher Hat video.

What can you use in place of a steamer if you dont have one?

You can use a tea kettle for steam, but you can get an inexpensive steamer at most big department stores.
