When you're making pasta always be sure to save like a cup of pasta water and add it to the sauce. You'll be amazed at the difference in richness.

Hi Chris, thanks for the beautiful video. In this video, the nature of Australia is similar to the nature of Russia. But the bass in Russia is greenish and striped. You caught a lot of bass, why did you let them go? Good size bass. I should have fried it, it was very tasty. Hello to your friend. Thank you for the video!

First time here and looks like a have missed something special. Really enjoyed the journey, nothing like chasing a few bass in Summer with the cicadas singing in the background. Something to consider for next time would be using some surface lurers like crazy crawlers or jitterbugs. Seeing big surface hits always make good viewing. Sub'd

Great fishing adventure Chris! Is there a size limit on your bass? Looks like you didn't keep any to eat. For me bass are one of the best tasting fish in our lakes (Arizona).

we're allowed 2 per person per day with only one being over a max of 35cm, they are a tasty fish, but have suffered high losses with the fires and droughts so its nice to see them coming back strong :) pretty much considered a sports fish around here but def are good to eat !! thanks for tuning in 👍😀🍻🔥🐟

Toast/grill the bread without olive oil then put the oil on. If it's on the bread it burns and tastes yuk.

A lovely river . I've been hankering to get on a river like that, The problem is the car shuffle . Thanks for the vid Chriss .btw did you find those muscles in river when you were snorkeling or did you take them with you?

yeah the cars can be a bit of a pain, thankfully the land owner dropped us off and took the car back for us this trip :) the mussels were salt water ones harvested the day before I went, we are doing 60 days of only eating what we grow catch and trade for with our goods :)

yep summer time here mate :) we've got some cracking trout fishing in our alpine areas :) ive done a few videos up there if you interested 😀🐟👍🍻

Love your trout videos..I think you did one where you went and had lunch at this remote cabin or hunting cabin...it was a kayak trip..it's winter here..I enjoy your videos!
