Scope to see in your project, that you have ever star group 27 batteries, but it cannot be seen to start the engine, or is it another equal?

Can you do a price breakdown of the rebuild? I'm trying to decide how much of a rebuild I want to take on and price breakdown would surely help. Awesome content BTW!

20amp breaker for council and fish finders and lightning. And a 60amp breaker for just the trolling motor correct? Also you would rather have the breakers instead of fuses in line with a sealed cap? You haven't had isses with your inline breakers getting wet?

Yes 20 to console and 60 to trolling motor and when fuse blows you need a replacement when breaker blows you just flip the switch. Also work as a battery disconnect so batteries dont drain. My boat doesnt get wet in the rear and i keep the breakers zip tied up to the batteries

What method do you use to run your wires from the console to the batteries and prevent them from kinking and getting stuck in a crevice or something?

Coat hanger and electrical tape! Or pull them through with an old wire being removed

I am not sure the best glue to use… what i used took weeks to dry

And yes I believe it was sold as 3/4 but actually measures 5/8”
