Prayer will get you through anything, it's just believing God will do what He says He will do. I do know some ppl need medication, but you have to rebuke the evil spirits that attack the body. Those pork chops looked so good, and the way you plated the rice and beans, you go girl. Thank you for your encouragement on mental health, it's much needed, especially in the black/brown community. I stopped taking zanax for anxiety. I moved to the country where things are calmer and less stressful. It has helped so much. ❤

Just a tip to help with the acrylic smell. Get a window fan with reverse airflow. It will suck out the smell.

An air purifier works great for acrylic smells. Also believe it or not cilantro in the room absorbs the smell of acrylic too!!

You guys are super beautiful together and such an inspiration. I agree that we should be more open about mental health as it's so common now, and I know exactly what you mean by the days when you just aren't in that mindset to do certain things on harder days, I became disabled and bedridden (from being a abled bodied person,with 2 young children , my children had to go and live with their dad) about 12years ago now, and that stemmed from physical abuse as a child (I'm 48 now) but with a new carer she has given me the help and support to get up and sit out in my lounge and do the craft that I love doing, but there are still days that I just can't bear to be hoisted out of the bed, and my Doctor says I haven't got mental health/depression!. Anyway watching your channel takes my mind off what's happening with me etc, so a massive thank you. Keep up with all the wonderful things you both do and when you have good days we get to see those videos we have been asking for, (it's just because your so good at doing them that we asked for more and that's a bonus in my eyes when you do😃) x

Hey lady, I haven’t been able to catch up with y’all because I have been so super busy what you say about your ups and downs believe me I’ve been like that almost all my life I think I’m much older than you, but I have so much responsibility with being with my father-in-law with dimension, my husband, sick and run a business It’s it’s a lot and I feel you there’s some days that I just wanna cook I could say in a seven day week I probably cook three days out of seven because I try to eat the leftovers and then there’s times I don’t wanna cook today for dinner we had a bowl of cereal cause I didn’t feel like cooking. I cooked yesterday and I just didn’t feel like it’s a day now.🥘🥘

Caring for your mental health should be just like caring for your physical health. A suggestion for your office: consider getting an air purifier. A small one in your office will remove those fumes from doing your nails.

And also Realized doctors aint always right LO. L. I have extreme ADD with anxiety and depression. But I have a good reason to be depressed. I lost my entire family besides my kids. But that's. All they wanted to focus on depression depression, give her medicine. And then I went to a different Doctor and they gave me medicine for just ADD And that helps so much and then I slowly worked on getting better with depression. But for some reason, people think because you're depressed, you're suicidal. There's 2 different things.
