2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Vanilla
For crumble topping
200g all-purpose flour
120g brown sugar
4g salt
100g butter
APPLE PIE CRUMBLE
Ingredients for apple filling

80g granulated sugar
30g dark brown sugar
4g cinnamon
5g flour
2 tablespoon water
40g salted butter
1g salt
550g honey crisp apple (diced)
8g lemon juice
For crust
120g butter cold
155g all-purpose flour
20g granulated sugar
1g salt
30g ice water
