The True Succesor of The Batman

Batman beyond is such an extraordinary hero,his story is even extra cool: Terry McGinnis was your average person,he went 2 high school,has a girlfriend and goes 2 raves every night. Everything was awesome,until he was jumped by a gang called the Jokerz fortunately he fought them off and won. Then he stumbled upon the Batman Mansion owned by the legendary billionare/superhero (Bruce Wayne/Batman) He was Batman until he retired,then Terry left the Mansion and headed home. Unfortunately,on his way home hid dad got murdered so he returned 2 Bruce's place and stole of his batsuits. This "batsuit" does more than make Terry look like a badass,it's basically if Batty had access 2 Ironman suit and make it in his own unique way. It's equipped with strength enhancement,jet boosters for flight,retractable wings,and many batarangs such as explosive 💣,lasso,electric ⚡ Its also equipped with many tools/tricks such as; a lock decoder,camouflage 😶‍🌫️,climbing claws,suba gear 🤿,even trackable tweezers. Also Terry is no ordinary kid,the dude is skilled in martial arts trained by Robin (Dick Grayson) and Bruce Wayne Batty himself 🤯 Terry is also Bruce Wayne's secret son and like him,Terry has done some amazing things; He's strong enough 2 lift a 215,000 pound boulder,has outpaced a Mach 19 missle,has survived being crushed by a giant penny,and has defeated Superman and the Justice Lords 😈 Terry maybe a great hero,but he lacked the intelligence and expertise of Bruce Wayne Batman 🦇

Batman Beyond is my favorite version of the Dark Knight. 🎉

It's hilarious how Hollywood just constantly does reboots, prequels and sequels and it's always for the things you really don't want. But then you have shows like Batman beyond NOT getting a live action reboot, or other shows you actually DO want getting that treatment. A batman beyond live action would be amazing.

I remember watching reruns of Batman Beyond and occasionally rewatching it these days. Incredible stories and awesome show. Terry McGinnis really does belong in the Batman canon as a new Batman and mentored by Bruce Wayne.

It's absolutely beyond me why Batman Beyond is constantly passed over for films. Honestly, it's my favourite Batman storyline and would make an AMAZING film!

Bruce is more like Terry's grandfather because they changed his real fathers DNA.

Superman Beyond knew right away that Terry is Bruce's biological son and making Matt Bruce's son as well. This show gave little bit of coming of age story of 80s that John Hughes is famous for with the neo Gotham City backdrop. Epilogue is the defacto series finale for Batman Beyond.

You know there is this artist who did a crossover between Super Smash Bros Ultimate, with various characters from Marvel and DC. And the one that lucky enough to crossart Terry Mcginus Batman, was Cloud Strife from Final Fatasy 7. Seeing this video reminded me just how fitting it was that the two are so similar.

I think a new Arkham game with Terry as the main character would be a great way to continue the series. Jumping several decades into the future as a new Batman takes on new and old foes alike. Designing a new Future Gotham could have endless possibilities and the advanced suit is just ripe for upgrades and customization.

We need a live action Batman Beyond!

Still remember recording episodes of batman beyond growing up when I was coming up glad this version is still held in high regard nowadays return of the joker still holds up today in terms of storytelling and action this justice league dragon ball and ainme used to be on every afternoon and Saturday nights good memories ❤❤

I’m watching Batman Beyond on Max. I never noticed the show had show much death when I was a kid. A lot of Terry’s enemies die. Why does WB insist on not giving Terry the time of day when he would print money? Every time BB is about to make a comeback, WB stops it for some stupid reason. Terry was in the the justice league crisis movie and got less than 3 minutes of screen time and next to no dioluge. The way WB treats Batman Beyond is a crime. Worse how they only care about Batman and Superman and think all the other dc heroes aren’t worth anything

One of my favorite DC cartoons all of time. though they screwed up the colors of the HD re-release. While some disagree, the reveal in Epilogue completely ruined the narrative for me. Terry was driven by revenge over his father's death and stole the suit and became a hero... but it turns out hat was somehow the plan all along influenced by Amanda Waller and Wayne?

Missed opportunity towards the end of The Dark Knight Rises, Bruce Wayne aka Batman is enjoying life after he self proclaimed was involved in a explosion trying to save the city, Bruce handed the mantle to Joseph Gordon Levitt’s character in the movie. JSG even looks like Batman Beyond, a huge missed opportunity for Chrisopher Nolan to make a Batman Beyond movie.

Terry McGinnis is an awesome Batman A true worthy successor to the caped crusader and a character that a lot of young adult/teen fans can relate to I find him to be a more compelling character than most Robins

Glad I got the complete series since I grew up with this show. I have been watching Batman Beyond when it was aired on Kid WB and Toonami. I never understand the mature themes such as corporate corruption, including the consequences of corporate mergers, corporate raiders, and corporate negligence, until I gotten older. If this series is revived, I would have loved to see more of Neo-Gotham. A perfect combination of the world of Batman and the cyberpunk world of Blade Runner.

I wish we could've gotten a new Batman Beyond movie & it would involves Terry graduation day from high school & Derrik Powers returns to get vengeance against Batman, Bruce Wayne, & his son Paxton & creates an army of Blight soldiers, releases Terry's villain's from jail & destroy the city with a massive nerve gas bomb. Powers will learn that both Bruce & Terry are Batman, & they have one last battle with Blight dying & they save the City from his bomb. Terry gets his own Bat-signal & ends with an incoming justice league mission
