@@hillkids02 spider-Man has used magic a few times in the past in comics and in TV shows. The reason he doesn’t use it regularly is because he simply never learned. There are several examples of Spider-Man gaining Doctor Strange‘s powers, using magic, and even tapping into the mystical side of the web of all reality, but he doesn’t really have any supernatural villains, so he doent need magic mostly. Even if he does run into a supernatural villain, he knows multiple people who have magic that he can ask for help

Marvel and dcs magic have diffraction rules. Batman cannot learn magic because he would become consumed. It isn't how much he's lost its that magic takes a part of you to be able to use and someone broken like batman doesn't have that thing to give. So it ends terribly
