It's Black... Satin mainly, some Matt areas, some touches of Gloss here and there, but Black... as a Bat!

I knew this already, I always do quite a bit of research when I prepare for a model project. In this scale the dark purple would not look right at all. If you are going to build one, i would love to see what you make of it. Perhaps try the dark purple yourself. :)

Hi Brandon; i first built this over a decade ago, and used a toy that had some flashing lights. i retrieved the PCB from inside the toy and added to it, for my own purposes. Since then I've learned Arduino so i can program my own chips for different lighting in my my models. Yes there is a detailed photo album on my facebook page, the link is in the video credits. :)
