B-Daman is a marble shooting toy in Japan that is produced by Takara Tomy. The toys are customized to alter the precision power, rapid-fire and more. B-Daman also comes in a combination of three types most commonly power, balance, and control type as well as featuring a gimmicky fourth type called combination types. Not to be confused with aforementioned combinations or B-Daman that are meant to combine parts with another.

At the absolute minimum, all the B-Daman can hold at least two marbles and they shoot from their chests. In 2004, Hasbro worked with Takara Tomy to bring a man over to the U.S. In 2005, Hasbro licensed the B-Daman configuration of the toy, and Takara licensed the show to Fox Entertainment Group.
B-Daman is originally a manga series by AG Nuki that ran in Kadokawa comics from 2002 to 2005 spanning 8 volumes. The anime that first aired in 2004 in Japan replaced the explosive Chute Beyblade’ G revolution time slot which is a large region. The two franchises are heavily compared along with all the obvious reasons but hold on this goes back to 1995 with Baka Cuaron Pot Su Super B-Daman manga. This spanned 15 volumes and was serialized in Kadokowa comics. The only issue is that this is supposedly the earliest known work for B-Daman but the dates don’t really align because of the supposed origin of B-Daman.
