He’s still got good range for a rusher and is immune to an absolute ton of things, making him highly against things that Abahamut might be ineffective against due to debuffs or waves especially. He can deal with henry, croakley, and similar units fairly easily, which is why I believe he’s actually *good*

Mitama and Gaia work well together usually bc Mitama will sit directly in Gaia blind spot but a freeze is stronger then a slow so that’s the only major trade off

I am even more biased by running Gaia with Chronos AND Mitama. Barons get shredded so fast that it feels surreal. Tip: Use Lv. 30 Freeze cannon after Chronos finishes her attack animation to chain freeze uptimes while Gaia smites them uninterrupted.

Yeah lol there are so much good cc that Gaia really shines. Stone cat is just icing on an already magnificent cake. You have mitama, cyberpunk, balaluga, asiluga, and chronos which really support Gaia and keep her from dying.

I was SOO happy when I got Gaia from a rare cat ticket after I beat chapter 1 moon, empire of cats. Yeah, I kinda got hard carried up to the point I am at. I also got Miyamoto when I beat ch3 moon.

I also likes Gaia so much, as she is the only legend rare I have. I just try my best to protect her in most of the stages and she will simply destroy traited in an instant. Even she died by accidents or there were enemies with range >400, I could simply deal with them using other units, but Gaia could still deal a great damage before she vanished. To me, it is a more violent Glorious Amaterasu. I always put both of them in my team. (My English might be poor, sorry for that.)

I just never put any resources into mine. Prof abyss at 49, and while I also rarely ever use her, one shotting tackeys is funny. I prefer amaterasu over gaia cause the single hit, z-killer, and significantly more survivability. I also ran gaia with mitama and chronos, so multi hit usually meant she knocked it back and missed out on 2/3 of her damage

Mostly cause aoe. Yes the damage is cracked but with ld aoe gives her the edge

Sorry I was watching will discussing the ratings in a banner and Gaia was the topic and mixed the two. Musashi is a great example of good on paper, bad in practice. Not unusable but any other trait would have been better for Musashi design as blacks are almost exclusively spammed rather than singular bosses. Ironically, multihit actually BENEFITS Musashi against swarms as he deals such good dmg to black per hit, he usually kills them and a kb if he doesnt means he hits something else.

Also my comment concerning Gaia is that she requires very good circumstances and positioning with good support for use, but when she can be, that aoe dps DOES look reminiscent of Balrog. While I do wamt Gaia, I'm actually much happier with emperor and nanaho as easier to use and I already have 2 target all that deal crazy dps (amateratsu and ragnarok) so another generalist nuker isn't necessary. Just waiting for legend rare talents and TF's and cubes seem to be leading towards that possibility as they are mid/late game stages but it will probably be some bs new cube like epic cube or God forbid gold cube. Either way, TF's will probably serve to fix most of the issues many Legend rares face. Like Legelan getting maybe a slight speed buff, all the immunities, a tad more range and 1/6 the cooldown as just having toxic or surge immune boosts their usability. Or Musashi getting faster attack rate and technical omni/ld (there are single target ld units and the rule is whatever enemy is closest in the target area). Babel tho I can't think of how to fix beyond cost/cd reduction and drastic stats buff to make it worth saving up cash for rather than using roe or octopus instead.

Why are ranged tanks really powerful when the enemy uses them (Le'noir, Sunfish Jones, THE SLOTH) but awful when they are units you can actually use?

@@o5u dasli is a damage specialist, can can doesn't work too well against large hordes, balrog is definitely not a generalist, cyberpunk works on select stages but honestly not as used as much as you'd think, and nanaho is better used as a metal specialist since honestly 5k dps is pretty underwhelming so you'd just be better off using massive damage units. I forgot amaterasu but while I don't really have her yet, she does seem to excel in just about almost all aspects of the game. Will falloff against super backliner enemies and any status effect enemies though.

@@o5u the thing about dasli and amaterasu is that their damage and overall stats outclass even some specialists vs their targets, that's what makes them broken, but most generalists are not that worth using over good specialists late game.

You are right though that emperors lack of niche does make him lack, I think he would have been higher if he was similar to uberfest Ubers he would much better where they have specific traits against them (for example gao’s strong ability against all traits).

@@Thebiggestgordon i mean, its pretty simple and very easy to do. Just need to pull a multi at least and keep track of your pulls on the site. Very helpful stuff if you're a f2p player since it tremendously helps with your resources planning and management. Definitely you should try it.

Will be somewhat helpful later against henry/croakley. a note from somebody with legelan. Meatshield as much as possible. Legelan can do much better with stuff to take the hits for them as it let's them utilize their range, immunities and dps to a surprising degree. Might need to lvl 45 to 50 (at least so they become a dedicated anti-cc unit(i know you have 0 other use for legend eyes). Don't treat them like an actual rusher and they will be more rewarding. And before anybody starts to crucify in the comments, I have actual rushers and lasvoss so I know the options available. Yet a brief glace at behemoths peak showed that my team had legelan to deal with Naala's freeze effect. I know what I'm talking about

btw i love lugas banner, i dont have one, there are 2 of them that are the almost best nuker in the game, and their legendary of the banner is trash is quite sad

Luga banner is good if what you need are support units to make cyberpunk or sniper the deadeye more consistent. Some levels are easier with cc. I have 0 experience with shishilan and teculuga but I know one is a great boss killer and the second is great early game. Even their sniper isn't useless trash as many snipers don't have wave immune. Only two pulls that are 100% trash 99.9% of stages or levels are furiluga and papaluga (I mean if you get them in legends quest and you have nothing else to deal with a prof a or Master a, might as well) It's the Uber Rare support banner as each banner has a theme or design. Yes cyberpunk is better, so Is chronos and mitamas, but sometimes that TINY bit of extra support can make a stage much easier and I've been using Ultralan and Piccolan much more in 2 and 3 star UL (dps is indeed king as the enemy can't kill you if dead, but if you just can't deal that much dps in time, support cc becomes king. Also hyperstall cheese has technically always been a strat and even if it makes a stage 10x as long to beat, you DO beat the stage so it's more viable for those with weaker units)

Nanaho is great, I still use her in my general team bc she's so versatile as an ld unit and a crit hitter when needed. You would just want meatshields and certain well-rounded supports along with her and more metal cc units if ur using her as the main crit hitter in an all-metal stage.

yeah momoco needs a little bit more love, same she was my first legend rare when i started playing this game, she was the only reason for not to quit beacuse my patience for waiting for energy and farming is awful, but hey now im in uncanny legends and i still use her in almost every stage. I dont know if a true form that give her target to all traits(except metal) and 3 seconds of freeze will make her broken or just a better generalists.

@@ZeT1410 She's already pretty decent, but it's inevitable that Legends will get TFs eventually and she'll probably be one of the first ones (unless they prioritize the worse ones), going by her Set's characteristics, hers would probably involve a lot more immunities/damage/and maybe another special trait like Curse or Savage Blow. But yeah, if she got more targets, she'd dominate even more stages.

Gaia needs big brain plays and boosting to be great. Nanaho can be thrown into nearly any stage with no consequences.
