The Battle of Kircholm turned out to be one of the most impressive victories of the Polish-Lithuanian army from the Commonwealth. The hussars literally obliterated the three times more numerous enemy with very small losses on their side.

Thanks alot, I didn't know this battle. Polish-Lithuanian cavalry was really tremendous... as usual... because this mixed formation with pikes and gun in infantry was normally unbreakable by cavalry. Go on please with this kind of reporting. You do it well

Great video! We need to remind that mod is at very early stage and in the future models and especially animations will be improved. There also will be native voices and historical maps (some are already there, like on video)!

This is a victory for the army of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, under the command of Khodkevich (the future great hetman of Lithuania). In the Republic of Both Nations there were separate armies - Poland had its own, Lithuania had its own. And that Lithuania is not the current one. that Lithuania is present-day Belarus and most of Ukraine, plus the western regions of Russia and Polish (from the union) Podlasie .

Are you talking about the samogitian peasants from the forest?🤣🤣" Kingdom"? 😂😂 I don't think so, they are still recovering from the trauma after the area of their country decreased by 95% and people around the world confuse them with Latvia, ha ha. If it weren't for Poland, they wouldn't even have these 5% and they would have disappeared from the world map in the 17th century.😁 "King" 😁😁😁, tell the story of how the so-called Lithuanians at the beginning of the 20th century had to invent their own alphabet - Jablonskis (because they didn't have it before) and borrow letters from the Czech alphabet.😎 I think this will be an even more interesting story. It's strange that you don't brag about it.

@@hubertgodlewski1398 Not two nations, but several nations, including Ruthenians, Germans from Prussia and Courland, Latvians from Courland, Jews and Armenians. In addition, Lithuanians were a clear minority in the Grand Duchy, and the main language at the court in Vilnius was Ruthenian from the 14th century, and Polish from the 16th century. These ridiculous chauvinists from the so-called "Republic of Lithuania" shouting on the Internet often have little in common with the former Lithuanian people (who spoke Polish) and a lot in common with Samogitian peasants.

eng. Republic = lat. Res Publica = pol. Rzeczpospolita = eng. Commonwealth. The naming is simillar, as it comes from latin „Res Publica”. It Should be called Commonwealth, not Republic, but its not that big mistake. XVI century polish people just didn’t thought that naming their country like that will be problematic in later centuries XD
