Robyn, I LOVE what you did with the living room wall!! Great color and awesome the way the TV blends in, kind of camouflaged...the artwork is so beautiful with the eggplant color on the wall! Amazing what a difference adding a color to walls can make!

We haven't even moved in yet and the neighbors have been so welcoming! The lady across the street took my information to give to the social chair of the neighborhood too. I can't wait to get back.

Congratulations on all the success and new team members. I had the same thoughts about the high school noise and traffic. I have no desire to be near that or the turnpike. Will likely focus on north of 44 or northwest of East Port.

As my friend who lives in The Villages said, if you are going to spend most of your day watching television, save your money & don't buy a home in The Villages.

Robyn great episode. We stopped by, On Top of the World in Ocala. They refused to let us do a drive through to see if we thought it could be a possible. We offered to provided our passports, license explaining we are out of state and checking out lots of areas. Still a No Go! We MUST have their Sales Rep hold our hand to drive through. We scratched that off our list.

@@RobyncavallaroYes, understand this, but still seemed unreasonable. Another point worth a mention, my understanding is you do not own the land your home is on there, its a lease. Unlike at TV’s. Tks

Looking 👀 at your map on the video. Will the new area be Wildwood/ Sumter ? Will that be 2 different taxes ?? My husband and I will be ready within 1 yr or so. Not sure what area we want to be in yet. I like Richmond. Thanks for your help

The new Moultrie Creek area is Sumter/Wildwood. Not has high as Dabney, Lake Denham and Newell.

No they do no. FYI weeding and stone are a bigger pain than paying to have the yard mowed

So happy your business is growing. Can you give me an idea how much you would charge for a self seller who will not pay your fee or to look over a Vls home ( not sure if that means as a total realtor ( including helping with pricing) or just to consult on the property. I just do not know how much is permitted with the VLS. I think the price with the Vls includes their sales agents fees. I believe all this is new territory and is very confusing. Thank you.
