God help these kids. My mum and I went through that when my dad passed. Brothers and sisters to your dad are relatives when your dad is alive. Somehow maternal uncles and aunties, grandparents tend to be more understanding and empathetic. Derrick and Michelle, look on God. He is the protector of orphans.

What a big shame. I'm sure Kijana Wamalwa is looking down disappointed at his relatives. I call it the African "poverty mentality" 2 beautiful children with golden hearts God will fight for you. I lost my dad just over a decade ago we are no Wamalwas, we're middle class Kenyans. But the tassle that came with the property wrangles (a step family was involved too) affected me dearly. It's noble that you want to help others like us. God will fight for you Michelle and Derrick. You don't know me but you have my blessing and my prayers 🙏

As I understand it, this a tussle between these two vs the other four children. And these two want 3/4 of the wealth because they need it more while the other 4 should share out 1/4 of the wealth. Which is what their mum was battling for before her demise. Just agree to equal distribution hii story iishe. Otherwise you'll be locked in court forever.

And this is why when you are rich you should plan things out carefully. Do not assume that your children or wife and the other relatives will get a long. Or that your brother has the same mentality or heart like you. Money brings out the worst in people. Lawfully divide your money and your assets among your children and your wife while you are still alive. Don't assume that those around you will treat your kids the same way you do.
